My phone only receives incoming calls, I cannot make outgoing calls, everything, including 202 and 2202 etc fails to connect. I am 25 miles from a public phone box. How do I contact support over chat, my bill is up to date, it is three days of no outgoing calls so far, I can't communicate with my bank or any clients, this is a business account.

It's 8002 for business accounts, if that works.
Not sure if there is a chat option in your MyO2, but there is on consumer accounts under support.
Otherwise, message on social media and ask for a call back.
