As we all know, terms and conditions are just a little box we tick, that is inconvenient when we are clicking the "send me a phone...NOW" button.

I think it's no longer safe to join any company for any contracted service unless you check out their forum first, and find out what is going on.

However, I do believe that many people who join here, read forums about the problems found on other handsets, then go looking for them. They become passionate about the issue, then lose the plot in here. :womanindifferent:

I can't believe there is anyone not aware by now about the data caps. There are plenty of links now on the support pages and also the shop pages.
