02 customer service

Does anyone find O2 customer services to be hard work and often receive unsatisfactory answers.

I have had security breaches on my account and this seems trivial to O2.

If you have reported it they will have passed it to the fraud dept for investigation.
Fraud are not customer facing so you cannot contact them directly.
They will contact you once the investigation is complete or if they need any more info.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I think I've had problems with lots of companies cs but calling back to speak to a different advisor is sometimes really helpful. Maybe call up again a you might get a more sympathetic advisor!

By all accounts this is not a trivial concern and customer service should be taking it seriously.

I had an email sent to me stating seurity question and answer had changed and to contact o2. I rang them and they said it was just the customer services team checking in my account which triggered the automated emails. I thought that was a fishy answer and asked for it in writing. They never wrote to me as the advisor said she would. Rang o2 today and they said they would never put it in writing. Again they couldnt explain the reason for the email stating it must have been from some unusual activity. Today they simply confirmed my password hadnt changed and that seems to be enough for them. Ive asked how I can leave o2 and will be making progress with an exit stratergy. I never had any issues with the 3network so I'm going back.

In the meantime I would definitely recommend changing your security details...
