Anyone been able to succesfully beat this problem? Seen people reporting this being an issue for >21 days ..they all seem to just give up and dissapear off the forum!!!
I havent had any service on my phone since last friday (5 full days). Keep being told by O2 to wait for backoffice to process the swap.. but a quick search on these forums show this is something that goes on and and on and on and never gets fixed!
Is there ANYONE out there who found a way to get this sorted? I cant access any of my bank accounts that require 2-factor text authentication, complete nightmare! O2 hang up on me half the time whilst im holding for someone to investigate.
Not happy customer.

People disappearing is a sign that their issue was fixed..... eventually.
Have you tried messaging them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
BTW Dave is off on paternity leave currently.
