My 02 service has been almost useless for 3 months. October 1st I was told a mast was down and 02 were negotiating with the landowner to access it. It is still down. I have no data and a very patchy phone. Missing 70% of calls made to me. I've tried to sort this resolution experts due to contact me as from 7/12. I want out after 20+ years and 3 active contracts. Nothing heard. Any forum members any suggestions?.......please.

@Fireball27

Try using Resolver to make a complaint https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Also think of ending your contract and moving elsewhere https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/ba-p/566774

If you are looking to leave O2 without any penalty, you firstly need to make a complaint preferably using the Resolver link. You will then get someone to call you about the issue.

@Fireball27 Definitely sounds as if you have a legitimate complaint, but before you go the route of leaving you should check to see if any of the other networks can provide you with better service. Pay & Go sims will give you that answer. Some of the other networks may well be sharing the same faulty mast, so it's best to explore your options before you move.

Exactly, @Fireball27, but by all means pursue a complaint. The issue will be seen to eventually, as I'm sure you're not the only one without coverage, but O2 really should offer to compensate you after being without decent service for three months.

@Fireball27 Don't expect to hear anything until after Boxing Day. It says they're open tomorrow from 10:00 to 18:00, but there's probably only a handful of staff on, and I wouldn't expect anything like this to be addressed.
