Something has changed and I don't know what.  My calls are going straight to voicemail.  If I remember correctly it used to ring a few times BEFORE going to voicemail.   Ideally I want it to ring say, 6 times before changing over.  My voicemail has always been on  (I never turn it off) but the phone did ring.

How do I set it to ring then change over if it's not answered.

On android what is the correct swiping or tapping action to answer the call without loosing it?

Follow this guide Guide:How to Lengthen Ringtime on any O2 Mobile

As for swiping to answer a call, I have a Note 8 and swipe from left to right.

All voicemail help here including changing the ring time length Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

On Android you need to tap or swipe the green button when a call comes in or on some phones, swipe up from the bottom of screen.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
