Samsung watch offer

Hi, recently upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S20, there was an attached offer to claim a Samsung watch and could find the link in my O2, i have done been billed for the first payment but cannot find anything in the app about the watch offer, can anyone shed some light on this please?

Thanks for your response, however, it should be noted it was the Samsung Watch offer I was asking about, not the earbuds offer.

For those that come in here looking for the same answer, I found the details inside the packaging that came along with the phone, so I guess I learnt that I should read the manual before asking questions
