Anyone able of make sense of the new payg tariffs for me? I'm on the PAYG text and call tariff that's being phased out, the plan suits me as I use it for incoming calls and texts, rarely make outgoing, I top up maybe once every 12-18 months. The new payg plans don't make any sense to me so anyone able to advise which one would be the equivalent? I don't want to switch to another provider but may have to if o2 are forcing me to pay monthly for a PAYG. Thanks for any help

Have O2 offered you anything other than the Big Bundle or Rolling Plan? Or have they just said you have to change?

Most customers are being offered a simplicity tariff instead, which isn't available elsewhere, so probably wise you have a discussion with O2 by calling 4445 or checking on social media.

I wouldn't bother with o2 direct, and look at other operators and virtual operators, unfortunately not many places are still offering classic PAYG and if they are wont be around for long..
Get some free sims and test network coverage where you are and port out.... simples...
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
