I did top up for £10 on 28 of February and choose £5 tariff with unlimited minutes and text. I've checked my account today and it shows me that I need to to top up, so where is remaining £5?

Resolved! Change tariff

Hi I topped up £10 picked the £10 tariff then sent a text and my balance went down, now I can't get the £10 balance. And it's not letting me change to £5 tariff. Also I have signed up with the wrong email, can I change it please ?
