I am not really into mobile phones, only have one because I need one. Bought a Pay as you go SIM over a year ago. Topped it up once in 14 months with £10. Anyone know why my o2 would be telling me I have a Big Bundle tarriff and to top up again in August? "Current balance £3.93* You need enough balance on 14 August 2022 to cover the cost of your tariff next month. What you've got left Tariff renewal date: 14 August 2022 Tariff remaining allowances: You have 7168.0MB of data, unlimited minutes and unlimited texts left in your Big Bundle". I was told when I got the SIM (which is def pay as you go, o2 just confirmed that) that all I needed to do was stay in credit and send a text message every 6 months to keep the SIM active.

According to that it has changed to a £10 big bundle.
