It seems my tarrrif have been changed unknown to me when I visited O2 shop to change to a compatible SIM card for my new phone.

How do I remove monthly allowance that charges me £2 per day of which I don't need?

You can change tariff in your MyO2 or by calling 4445

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

All the tariffs offered seem to be pay monthly packages. I'd very much like to remain pay-as-you-go with my own control. That's why I didn't choose to have a contract. i was bombarded with phone calls in the past to get me to change to monthly with rediculiously irresistable offers and chose to reject them all. Finally someone decided to change it without my full knowledge.

They are still PAYG but require a monthly top up to get allowances.
