my sim card is not working because I have not used the phone for over 6 months how can I revive it

it still have credit on my sim

It depends just how long over 6 months since you made a chargeable call or topped up

There's a possibility that the number has been reclaimed by O2 and your credit lost

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

For PAYG you need to call 0344 8090222 from another phone.
