Using my O2 abroad

Hi,Currently I am in Turkey. I want to use my O2 mobile here but I don’t have access it here. Even I cannot use it through another Wifi connection. How can I use my mobile number here?

Old sim

I’m looking to update to a 5g pay as you sim on a 8gb tariff for £10 top up. Is this possible & how do I go about it as my current sim only supports up to 4g?

Two simm cards

I have two simm cards - one for each of my children. I can only seem to top one of them up. The other account seems to be missing but when I try and create it again it says it is an existing account. How do I access the second account?

Usage

I had 10gbp and it has gone down to to 7,50 and I have data, I have not called anyone and only used texts which I have unlimited anyways. Can you please tell me where the difference has gone??

Phone number change

It won’t let me sign in now that I have a new pay as you go contract because it is still registered on my old number which means I can’t get the confirmation code. Can you please change the sign in to my new number or point me in the right direction
