I used my o2 rewards balance to claim an Amazon e-code voucher over two weeks ago. Still haven’t received it. After 4-5 phone calls I still don’t know what to do. I am given difference telephone numbers I call them and it’s just to top up credit or I get passed to someone else who doesn’t know what to do either. It’s very frustrating. Can someone please help?
