I used my o2 rewards balance to claim an Amazon e-code voucher over two weeks ago. Still haven’t received it. After 4-5 phone calls I still don’t know what to do. I am given difference telephone numbers I call them and it’s just to top up credit or I get passed to someone else who doesn’t know what to do either. It’s very frustrating. Can someone please help?

There is no one on this community that can help, as this is a customer to customer community, so you will have to persevere with Customer Services Guide: How to find help & contact O2  It might be worth trying the Social Media options linked above

You need to contact O2.
