Anybody else had trouble activating SIM with a rolling plan? Currently on wait to speak to an advisor, 1hr 5 mins. Fully losing the will to live when it should just be an easy pop the SIM in and top up!

You need to top up to activate a new PAYG sim. Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

They had sent me expired SIM cards, which couldn’t be registered nor activated. Had to go into the store to get a new SIM.

No I had to go into store after all my wasted hours yesterday and he still sold me the wrong plan. Hopefully can get it switched over to a rolling plan tomorrow.
