Using my phone in France

Hi,

I have a pay as you go bundle 10£ and I have now moved back home to France for a few months whilst the virus settles down.
I can’t seem to make any calls with my phone, it keeps saying call failed ? Any help would be much appreciated

You will have exceeded the permitted time abroad.

You need to contact O2 and explain and they may extend it for you Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005
