Hi. I am a Classic PAYG user. I'm going to the US for a short break. Can I use an International bolt on or what is the best way to use my phone there?

Use free WiFi where available and get yourself and your likely contacts onto Whatsapp.

Note that with no 3G in the USA, you'd need touse 4G Calling to make and receive voice calls, but O2 do not offer this feature on PAYG. More info here: USA - Roaming with O2

You may be able to get a US SIM fairly cheaply that will let you use data whilst out and about.

Many thanks. I was unaware that PAYG did not support 4G.

Not 4G, @DavK - "4G Calling".

That said, O2 PAYG does not support straight 5G either. Thanks for the solution.
