I am going CRAZY.

Why can't this be disabled?

I called 4445 twice now who have said they have disabled the annoying text that reads: O2: Your balance is XXX. Text BALANCE free to 20202 to check your remaining tariff and Bolt O allowances after every single text I send.

It won't go away.

It can be disabled but the only people who can do it are the guys on 4445 but it can take 24hours to take effect.

All we can suggest is that you keep trying.

Rebooting your phone may help with pushing the new settings through.
