Hello, today is the day of renewal of my 15£ rolling plan. I have got 18£ in my balance but it didn’t take from there and it says the automatic top up payment from my card failed. Why did it not renew from the 18£ of my balance ?

Hello,Anybody know how much it costs to call 0345 numbers if on PAYG classic? Called customer service they said 30p per minute. Other sources seem to think 3p per minute.
