Solved: O2 pizza express gift card

Hi there, my mum was sent a pizza express gift card on 28th of April but the balance is showing zero. My sister received a code on the same date but received a follow up email with a different code which works - my mum did not receive this. Can you please help?

Have you checked your spam folder for the email?
