Hello, I changed from O2 to EE, but changed back again within a week due to network coverage, since then I have one contact I am unble to receive texts from, I can send and she will get them, but she is unable to answer me, I have not blocked her but cannot rectify this problem, any ideas?

Was the number you ported to EE and then moved back originally issued with an O2 SIM?
Can your friend ring your phone?
What service are they on as it could well be that some routing information hasn't been updated somewhere and it may require both of you contacting your respective customer services to get it sorted as it'll require the operations teams of both service providers to check and correct.
