Hello,

While roaming in Italy I still have plenty of free calls / data but my balance is now strangely gone to zero and I cannot make calls. Any ideas?
Many thanks

They told me that the number is chargeable. Which is not true as the number is a an Italian landline. I try switching the phone off and having another go. He will call me back.

@Bamboccio No EU number is chargeable as I've already said and will come from your bundle mins.

I know. I was unable to call them yesterday. It works now - I tried again after switching the phone off and on. So it was a glitch. And in the process I was overcharcharged about £3.
I now just need to get my money back.

@MI5 For the records I gave the guy the number I was trying to call and he said that it was chargeable. Obviously I know more than him. Only excuse is that in Italy landlines have a 0 even after adding the country code. For example numbers in Rome are 06 320 00 00 and when called with full country code they must be 0039 06 320 00 00. The bottom line is that I was charged £3 in the process.

I'm not sure you should hold your breath @Bamboccio! O2 are not renowned for returning calls. slight_frown

@Martin-O2 can you ensure this customer gets their call back please to correct O2's error?
