Unable to call while roaming inItaly

Hello,

While roaming in Italy I still have plenty of free calls / data but my balance is now strangely gone to zero and I cannot make calls. Any ideas?

Have you tried the number in the link I posted? That is the current number to call for PAYG when abroad.

So as a new information. It appears that I can call U.K. numbers now. I get the usual bundled call message and it connects.
