Hi Peeps,
I moved my number from O2 Business to PAYG, but have been having terrible trouble trying to get it set up. O2 customer service migrated my number from Business to PAYG, I ordered a new SIM card & did a SIM swop. The SIM registered on my phone, but I am unable to make/receive calls or texts. I have spent hours on the phone to O2 trying to get this resolved but no avail. I tried putting the SIM into another phone and it doesn't work either.
Anyone have any idea how I can get this resolved?

Assume you have topped up Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) ?
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
