I am trying to get a PAC code. I have tried texting three times and just get a message back saying there has been and issue and to try again later. I have tried phoning 202 and just get a tone and then disconnected. The website says you can request one by logging into myO2 but I can't find anything other than things that just direct me back to the 'how to' page. Can anyone help please? Thank you!

Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

@Pigeon44

You need to dial 4445 for PAYG customer services.

202 is for pay monthly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
