Added £15 to my account after changing my tariff to the 15 Big Bundle. It took £10 and I have no data or calls? Weird. Not sure what happened.

they contacted me via email and credited me back my money but also took all my money. I left some extra on there to keep my account active when I travel. Dealing with that now.
