Yesterday afternoon my pay as you go phone recieved a £20.00 top which i had not requested,why is this ??????? My credit was low and was going to top up anyhow but thats not the point,How can O2 top up with out my permission?????????????????

Maybe you have activated auto topup on your account. That would be a monthly charge or when your credit was low.
