Hi, Really desparate here- I'm trying to top up my 90 year old aunt's phone, she's on O2 (and so am I) but every way I try, on-line or by dialling 4444 it refuses me - I've tried 3 different bank cards . Does anyone know why or what I can do? (She lives 4 hours away)
