Hi,
I have just taken a new contract on my name for my wifev and would like to keep her old number which was on a Pay As You Go.
It is impossible to reach customer services to do this over the phone.

@Colin2207 You would need to get the number migrated from Pay & Go to Pay Monthly as the sims hold different information. Doing that is difficult at the moment. You can try to reach customer service, but it won't be classed a priority call.
