I have been trying to top up several times in the last 2 days without any luck. I've had dozens of varifications sent (signing in/passcodes etc). It's so frustrating. Every time I put the bank card details in it just comes back with rejection! Think I'm going to find another service!

Try other ways to top up here Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No it isn't the first tome. That's why I can't understand the problem I'm having. I manage to enter my card details but when it comes to the amount £10.00 it doesn't accept it. There is no "dot " to separate

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I have had a PAYG 'phone with O2 since they were BT Cellnet, so about thirty years, and I have never had an issue topping up using a top-up voucher bought from a local shop. 👍

In the circumstances, it is fair @MI5 to add a bit of personal experience to the one line in the guide ! 👍
