Ive just purchased a pay as you go sim
card. Ive activated the sim and attempted sooo many times to up with multiple payment cards but it keeps coming back unsuccessfully. I have spoken to a help centre operative and asked what the issue is, and why i cant pay via debit card. They had no response. I was told to purchase a Voucher online and then redeemnit makes no sense to me. My closest store is 40 minutes away! I won’t purchase the voucher in case i cant use it then not get a refund. What exactly is the issue? Ive attempted to use a debit and credit card with no joy! Ridiculous!

You need to use a voucher the first time only.
You can get one from your corner shop or supermarket.
