I topped up £10 but only £8.65 went onto account. Therefore the bundle didn't renew. Can anyone explain this please?

Your phone may have used some data between your top up and bundle renewal.
You'll need to call O2 on 4445 to check.
Best to turn off mobile data if not being used.
