My credit seems to go down even though I haven't used my phone

Hi @ChrisMonc,

 

There could be a number of reasons causing this. Is your credit going down daily in £1 increments? If so, turn mobile data off on your phone. 

 

Have you subscribed to any premium rate services? Check your recent text messages.

 

I'd recommend visiting an O2 store or calling our customer care team on 4445 so we can have a look at what's causing it.
