Hey!

I switched from Vodafone to o2 last week and on the day my o2 sim went off but o2 one never came on. I have been on the phone every day and been in store and they just keep filling out new pac forms which don’t work. My number is very important and I need it medically. Why does nobody know how to get it back? I can’t loose it , please help 😞

@Kelly197575

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 0344 809 0202, the store shouldnt keep doing Porting Forms, as the problem could lie with Vodafone, and the only people who can liase with them is back office team.

@Kelly197575
I'm afraid you have to persevere with O2.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217  0800 032 1402 or 0800 081 0255

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

@Kelly197575 As customers we are poweless to help.

We did have advisors who would deal with this, but they have been removed from this forum pending changes

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
