Hi i today asked 02 if i could move an old number from Tesco 02 onto my new sim card or have the old number back. They said they would but the first time ran into a problem which i don't know what it was, then said everything was ok it would be done 20th september 2024. Then i got a voicemail saying don't phone anyone until we phone you there's a problem but they didnt call back. can anyone help please, thanks.

You need to contact O2.

Thanks for trying to help, but i can only text them as they said don't ring anyone till we ring you and i have no accsess to social media at the moment.

No offence but that all sounds very dodgy and spammy, and telling you not to ring anyone sounds like a scam.. 

I would call o2 in the morning and check this as I said it just doesn't sound right...

Yes i needed the PAC for the old number so it would transfer to the the new sim.
