I have been having a massive problem applying my student discount to my bill. Firstly my code wasn’t being accepted by O2 even after I got a new one. Then I phoned up and was told I didn’t need to do anything as a manager could add the discount manually. After a week I phoned up again and was told I’d been given incorrect information as I needed to send proof of being a student to a manager (was given an email address to send it to). It’s been more than 72 hours now and I still haven’t received any confirmation that it’s been added. Finding it a bit ridiculous the process is turning out this long and complicated when I was told it would be really easy to do. Does anyone have any advice or can anyone sort this out for me?
