Stealing from customers by O2

Hi , I'm buying a 1gb data pack for £1 this morning (at 9:46am). After I used the first 40MB, I received information that I had to pay an additional £2 for using mobile ladies, which you then took from my account. What the ****** is going on here??? I did not agree to this!!!
I want my £2 back! You are thieves and you cheat people!!!

The situation repeated for the third time, how many times can you write to you so that you do not take money from my account!!!

1Gb is not £1 

£1 only buys you 50mb hence you have to pay again..

So there is no 1GB bolton and no one is going to offer 1GB of data for £1
