Solved: Can’t top up payg

Hi,

I’ve just got 2 new payg sims for 2 of my children, (moving from sky mobile) I’d like to keep their numbers, I’ve registered one of the sims, & tried to top up, but it won’t let me, ( need to top up to send the message with pac code) I’ve tried via 4444, online, and with two different payment cards, I’m not able to to via voucher, nor do I want to as not get prepared to take the risk incase it doesn’t work,

many ideas before I give up & go back to sky?

First top up needs to be done by voucher.

After that, you can use cards online Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
