Sim card Registration

Hi there

While Im in the UK, my friend asked me to get him an O2 sim and register here and then take it back with 

me to Spain.  

Does the card have to be registered in the UK ? If so, I dont want it registered under my name

Yes it needs to be activated in the UK, and needs to be topped up via a voucher in the first instance. 

It doesnt need to be registered at the point of purchase.
