I've been trying to order a SIM but after entering my details, I'm taken to an Error 404 page with a duckling on it. It's been doing this for a week.
Any ideas? I've tried different computers and browsers.

I have had exactly the same problem all week. 3 different computers, 2 different browsers, always get the same message. At first I assumed it was a temporary glitch, but now that it's still happening 4 days later I guess it is gross incompetence by O2 - I guess I'll take my business elsewhere...
Looks like you're lost
We couldn't find the page you're after.
This could be because:

And further, I tried calling the number mentioned above (0800 587 4005). The person who answered said "oh no, that's not me - you need to speak to sales, I'll transfer you" - and then cut me off! O2 must really be keen to avoid getting any new business...
