Roaming charges

Good afternoon,

I am receiving text stating I have used 14gb of my 25gb euro zone allowance. I am based on the Isle of man. Can you confirm I will not be charged as I am not on holiday and live on the Isle of man.

@Matt_76 There are charges to use Pay & Go in the IOM

If you live on the IOM then you need a Manx SIM when you are there as the Island is not part of the UK

For you to receive that 14GB of 25GB allowance text, you must be on a Pay Monthly Contract with O2, yet you have posted your query in Pay As You Go section of the Forum, @Matt_76 

Take note answers above will have assumed you are a PAYG customer - and if you live on the island, yes, MANX Telecom are who you should be getting your mobile service from.

O2 UK Contract customers can roam, no more than 25Gb per month for up to 63days, after which time O2 will start to charge you for your data usage.  Good luck!
