I am new to o2 and recently transferred my number from giffgaff.
I am currently in Egypt, my bundle is active, my number is active but I can't send SMS, no one is able to call me, and I can't even use the internet.
I had my friend in the UK go and check at any branch and they said my number is active and I should check with customer service if they blocked something as I am abroad!
i cant reach them anywhere and I am considering transferring back to giffgaff, it was way easier and I can simply reach them and they get back to me ASAP
