As title.
Got an O2 email about a data sim I cancelled in September (and got a cut-off date for 20/10/2024).
The email (and accompanying text) says the bill is £0.00 but my banks says £14.66 was taken.
This is tiresome. I cannot get in touch with O2 online - I'm deaf so I cannot use phone.
Has anyone got a link to the online chat?

Shows up if you are browsing the online store, @Ward574 - this may help too:
https://www.o2.co.uk/access-for-all
Or use X or Messenger as indicated here: Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Good luck!

If you still have access to the MyO2 app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-o2 you can find live chat in the support tab.

Hi, thanks for the links, but none seem to actually get a online chat started. They're just going around in circles.

Can't even use the app - it says "unavailable to you"

This page actually gives you @Ward574 an e-mail address to contact O2 :-
Accessibility & Vulnerable Customers Policy | O2
https://www.o2.co.uk/access-for-all/accessibility-vulnerable-customers-policy
It is :-
Please let us know how you get on. 👍
