Hi I'm trying to register a new sim card for my son, whenever I try to register online I type in his number for them to send a code but no codes ever come! Is there another way to register or does anyone have any idea what to do? Ps this is his first phone/sim so nothing to swap

Thank you, I'm sure I topped up the sim £10 when I got it (was a while ago) but it's not letting me ring even the 4444 number to top up as its saying not registered on network 🙄

It's a brand new sim, I got it in January but it had never been used!

I managed to do the first top up of a sim card last week through the My O2 app.

If you can't do that then you need to get a voucher

But if it isn't allowing you to even call 4444 then there is a problem either with the phone or with the sim card.
