No one in my house can make outgoing calls. I have got other 02 friends to phone me and they are able to do so and they live nearby. Does anyone know what’s going on

Resolved! How to use a saved reward

I had saved a 50p reward. I am wanting to add this to my phone credit. I tried texting CLAIM to 50202 from my mobile but it came as, "Start topping up and you'll earn 10% back in rewards " Help please. How can I retrieve my saved reward.

Hi, i was in the o2 community shop, they removed age restriction, but when I want to go in internet, it shows that i need to remove it, so whats happened here?
