Hi. I have mobilewifi device that I can’t top up as it seems it’s not been recognise by My02. The number is there but the tariff and top up is unavailable. I can choose the data plan etc but can’t checkout. Any suggestions? Thank you

So many systems are having issues currently. They right themselves eventually, so it's worth a wait and try again.
