Hi. I have mobilewifi device that I can’t top up as it seems it’s not
been recognise by My02. The number is there but the tariff and top up is
unavailable. I can choose the data plan etc but can’t checkout. Any
suggestions? Thank you
I have ordered a device that I can’t track cause the number I was given
is not recognised my Royal Mail. So product suppose to be delivered
today and now gone missing. So frustrating.
I was given a RM as a courier. I checked PF and DPD with no success.
Calling 02 is limited due to the situation. They simply cut off your
calls. Will see what happens tomorrow.
