How do i redeem the £10 for the top up card which i had to buy when i purchased a phone

If bought in store they should have added it already.
If not, dial 4444 and select the option to top up with a voucher and enter the number on the voucher.
If bought online, you didn't actually pay a top up, you just chose a tariff so you need to top up to activate the sim.

It also might be that the credit has been added and exchanged for allowances (depending on tariff) so check your balance and allowances to see what you have.
