I've had my number for 4 years. It doesn't show on MyO2 but I figured I'd just pay online. I've paid my bill in full from a landline 2 days ago but call barring hasn't been lifted and now incoming calls is being barred.
Is there something I'm missing? I know I'm with O2 so whose account is my phone registered on if not mine? And what's with the barring incoming calls? For context I had a bill for £26.60 and I payed £26.60 and received a reference number for the transaction. I can see the money left my account yesterday. Is there an extra charge on late payment that got slapped on whilst my payment was pending maybe?
Anyway, send help. Am student. V stressed.

Odd that it doesn't show on your account. That would need checking by customer services.
If the bill was late then the system would have put blocks on your account which can take 48 hours from payment to clear.
For this again you need to contact customer services and you can call the 0800 number in the guide below using Skype for free, or message on social media:

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
